Meet the team…
Joe arrived at All Souls in April 2021 after three years on the team of St Andrew’s Chorleywood. He loves meeting and getting to know people, helping them to connect with each other and God, and learning more about living life Jesus’ way. Joe is married to Jess and they have three boys. He’s a die-hard Luton Town fan, chocoholic, and under a lot of pressure from his family to get a dog (which he’s resisted so far!)
Jon is a long-time member of All Souls and has been on the staff since 2015. He is a Licenced Lay Minister (LLM) and regularly leads the sung worship in Sunday services. As Church Manager, he oversees all practical sides of church life and manages the Office Team. He is a qualified occupational therapist, having worked in a variety of clinical and management roles, and is married with 2 children.
Ritesh is one of the curates at All Souls, Twickenham and lives in Isleworth with his family. He is a full-time shipping & logistics executive by occupation. He has done theological training at St. Mellitus College, London. Ritesh and his family are passionate to honour Jesus and reflect his love in every possible way. The whole family loves music and sports, especially cricket.
Mike joined All Souls as a self-supporting curate in July 2023, having completed his theological training at St Mellitus College. Mike works full-time during the week as Head of IT for a care home charity. He looks after the small groups for All Souls. He is married to Tina and they have 3 grown-up children. Mike loves many sports but is a big Quins fan!
Debbie has worshipped at All Soul’s since 2013 with her husband Nick and their two children Joe and Ben (now grown up!). Having volunteered as a children’s and youth leader here and previously worked as a youth worker for a church in Southampton, Debbie is now our Youth Minister at All Soul’s. She also works part time as a teaching assistant at a local school and loves all things creative.
Tina has been part of All Souls since July 2023 and joined the clergy team in Autumn 2025 as a self-supporting curate, following training at St Mellitus. She’s married to Mike and works in charity management, which continues to shape her understanding of service, community, and faith in everyday life.
Alice has been a member of All Souls since 2017 having moved from Italy to Isleworth. She has 2 teenagers and loves serving on the All Souls’ children’s team among other things. She works as a PA and loves cooking and escape rooms (though is terrible at the latter!)
Steve has been attending All Souls since July 2023 and has lived in Isleworth for over thirty years, with his wife Lynn (who leads worship at All Souls). They have two grown up sons. Steve is recently semi-retired and works part-time as head of marketing at an independent tool retailer in Twickenham. On his days off he enjoys days-out, spending time outdoors and visiting the theatre.
