What do you see when you open your front door in the morning or notice on the way to work, to school or to meet a friend? Despite living in a relatively green part of London, in the busyness of life and on a day-to-day basis, it can be easy to overlook the nature and beauty of creation on our doorstep and our connection to the land. ‘Jesus lived a life that was connected to the environment, to animals and to the land’ (James Jones, Bishop of Liverpool) and so can we.

Over the weekend of the 8th & 9th June, we’re hosting a photography exhibition celebration of nature as part of helping us to be more aware of our local environment.

So please take a photo and send it incelebration of nature

  • This is all about how we’re connected – to the environment, to nature and the land (and to each other)
  • Please take a photograph (s) or make a drawing of what you see and love about our local environment in Southwest London – with a few lines about what the photo means to you
  • Send to helenstephens@allsoulschurch.org.uk or upload directly using the link below by 4th June and we’ll display these in Church over the weekend where all will be invited to view the pictures at All Souls in a reflective space
