Soul Review
Soul Review.......an opportunity to think about how our Christian faith shapes our response to the arts...

Over the past few years, Soul Review has taken on a few different forms.....we started out as a group who met two or three times a term to discuss a book we had read, a film we had watched or to share some of our own creative efforts...all of this with the purpose of thinking about how our Christian faith shapes our response to the arts.
As the group evolved, we became more social in nature – enjoying getting to know new people & inviting friends to trips out to art exhibitions, the theatre and concerts.
In the past ....
.....we have been to exhibitions at the Tate Modern & Somerset House, we have been to the National Theatre and - more locally - The Orange Tree in Richmond and The Rose in Kingston......... we have listened to two members of All Souls play in various concerts with the Fulham and Wimbeldon Symphony Orchestras .......we have watched films at home and read books from fiction to poetry....
More recently, two of the All Souls short courses, 'Digging Deeper' have focused on our response to two very different films – Ian McEwan's 'The Atonement' and Chris Morris's controversial film about jihadism 'The Four Lions'.....
What next for Soul Review?
